Why So Much Hatred

I am writing this in devastation like many over the attack on Israel. The worldwide images are a horrible testimony of souls gone wrong. In the midst of a festival meant to bring others together in unity and love, was a most horrific act of hatred on full display for the world to see. To see innocent children slaughtered and bodies lined in the streets is not only inhumane but demonic.

Tensions between Israel and the Palestinians have been historical, but recent violent protest and now this attack has taken it to a place that no man should ever consider. This is basically about liberating Palestine from Israeli occupation. The right for Israel to exist is rooted in the United Nations, which mandated two states in 1947. Hamas did not accept it then and with the recent attacks, does not accept it now. Israel as a nation has a right to exist.

I won't get into a political anything here, but share this, Israel is a sovereign nation and anyone who comes against them and especially the people, mostly Jewish, will be held accountable by a sovereign God. Those who must suffer the hatred of Hamas will certainly be vindicated. It is my sincere prayer that the missing is tucked away somewhere and will return to their loved ones. Even if this is not the case, they are not losers, because surely every ounce of blood will be vindicated. The bible says the blood speaks and lots of innocent blood has been shed, that blood is crying out now for victory, for vengeance and to a Savior who never fails to heed the cries of His chosen people. 

Today, I send love to Israel, the captured, the deceased and the family who don't know. May the comfort of the God who chose you through Abraham, be with you and give you sacred peace and comfort in the midst of this horrible tragedy. Let us bless all those who hate with love. Love may be difficult at this time but is one of the most powerful forces in the universe. #4
